I ran just 2Kms and was panting, sweating, and tired. Anyone could see how tired I was feeling. I sat for some minutes, drank some water and felt a little bit relaxed.
That is how you can reflect the tiredness of your body but what if your soul is tired.
It’s more hazardous to be emotionally tired and couldn’t even reflect it to anyone.
It is always necessary to be in your inner circle for some time.
When you feel emotionally exhausted, it is the alarm that you need to detox yourself once in a while.
Here are some ways to detox your soul:
1) Self-Communication: It is good to have a bunch of people to talk to but at times you need a perfect person to communicate with and that is you. Having a conversation with yourself, without any veils, is the best way to detox your emotional imbalance.
2) Self-Approval: In this appeasing pro world, we always seek approval of our existence. From work to love, you always need outer approval to validate yourself. No! It’s not at all necessary. You need one concrete approval of your every action and it comes from you only. So next time before asking any opinion, just ask yourself and pat your own back.
3) Let-Go: The smallest word to console anyone but the hardest to practice with yourself. “You should let go of things” easiest two-word advice to give and take. Letting go is as hard as stopping the water flow but once you manage to let go of things, you can win the half battle of detoxification.
4) Go on a Vacation Alone: Yes sounds weird but spending time with yourself at a place you are in love with is just a heavenly treat for your soul. You often need such breaks. You don’t need a spendy vacation for a week but just two or three days to find yourself.
5) Go Out of Contact: Yes I know this point is a little bit confusing. I am not asking you to run away from the people but you need to cut off from everyone for a few hours or day. Just drop your phone in a drawer, put the flap down of your laptop or shut yourself from the outer world. But don’t scare your dear ones by missing for long, it would be unfair. Sit on a chair, have a flavored tea or coffee, and listen to good music. Just flow with it for hours. Trust me it is the same as motivation.
6) Have the best ‘Relationship’ with yourself: This is one of the major ways to detox all the complications of your life. Make the best relationship with yourself. Your relationship with yourself will define the strength of the relationship you are going to have with others. So always have good terms with your soul.
There could be many other methods varying from person to person to detox. You can take your hobby as a detoxifying object or read your favorite book, decorate your room and play with your pets. So just look around! You will see your blessings amidst blues of the life.
Have a Happy Detoxification!
