There Is No Dark… You Are Missing Out The Light!

There times come when you can’t see light anywhere. You feel stuck up in the place where you can’t breathe. This asphyxiation is not where your body deprives of oxygen but this is caused by choking of your thoughts. Pretty scientific! Isn’t it?

Let’s make it simple. I have to put a box in a cupboard which is occupied heavily so can I put my extra boxes there? No.  And this is how your thought-system works. You can’t put anything until it is vacant.

So, many negative bubbles pop up but all you need to prick it before it gets big. Remember there is no existence of dark. It is the phenomenon of “absence of light”. As soon as you lit up, the darkness fades away. It never happens that you put on the lights and darkness still sits there as a stubborn child. It has no strength to stand against the light.

The most powerful weapon to fight against any battle is your attitude and your attitude comes from your thoughts- your stirring thoughts.

Give your thoughts, the right direction. It is an arrow which can pierce badly if shot in the wrong direction.

Controlling your thoughts is not easy just feed your thoughts a positive meal every day.

The best way to disciple your thoughts is staying away from the negative feelings of like anger, hopelessness, grief, guilt, jealousy, helplessness, depression, disappointment and enmity. To dealing with them you just need to practice a little harder, a little focused and lot more positively.

Gratitude and forgiveness are two strongest feelings which can stand against your negative evil. Being grateful and forgiving to people and situation can be your major arms. Good deal?

Overlooking the darker side wouldn’t lead you to dark but light. So being ignorant to negativity should be one “must do” in your life.

Practice it. You never know when you would enlighten the path of the lives around you.
