Have you ever seen the sprinkling confetti from Sky- I call it “Rain”. Yes! How many of us just wait for this most beautiful and exotic season throughout the year. I am one of those.
The smell of wet soil gives me the goosebumps, the most awaited season for many of us. Sounds obsessive? Haan! But that’s how it is. What say Monsoon whackos?
But when it rains, it brings few barricades with it. “It’s raining heavily and I can’t go out”, forget this complaint and just beat this monsoon blues. Don’t be caged in Monsoon Blues.
Let’s find out, what we can bid when our window is viewing the heavy drop hammers:
1) Time To Pamper Yourself:
We all have a bunch of excuses while taking care of ourselves. I am running out of time, need to go somewhere and what not. Now it’s time to kick off these excuses. Just pamper yourself with a hot bath, self-foot massage, facial care, the spa at home or a manicure with the favourite colour of nail paint.
2) Wake Your Inner Artist Up:
Why don’t you take out your old paint brushes or craft paper, some quilling or pots? Just use your imagination and creativity and shape something you were longing to create from long. See! How these falling cats and dogs are favouring the inner artist.
3) Book In Shelf:
Your favourite book was sneaking out from the book shelf and you were so ignorant. Sad! Now since it’s raining outside and you are stuck up inside, why not to read your favourite author. And yeah! Don’t forget a cup of coffee.
4) Movie Day:
Turn your mundane boring day into one of the entertaining days. Watch your all-time favourite movies all day long. Wouldn’t be much fun with a bowl of popcorn and cold drink?
5) Have a Pajama Party:
By the way, here I am talking about a Pajama Party for guys as well. Why can’t you have that fun which girls can have (Wink)? After all monsoon blues affect everyone. So call all your friends, make some snacks, put on rock music and kill the boredom.
These are few ideas which can be a sigh of relief in dull rainy days. Don’t blame monsoons for your boredom; it is the best season of all. Just grab some Bhutta “Corn” and enjoy pouring water on your palms. Love this.
