7 Ways To Have A Healthy Life

Even I pray that my tomorrow will be healthier than today. So when we wish to have this positive life then why don’t we make efforts to make it true?

Stop wishing! Start doing!

There are a few ways which can keep you healthy and happy. I always wonder why healthy people are happier or vice-versa because happiness lives in healthy premises.

Half of our unhealthy issues are of our lifestyle or should I say an imbalanced lifestyle. Let’s see what can be the ways to have a healthy life:

1) Stay Positive: Think Less: The controlling unit of our system is our brains, and to stay healthy we need to nurture our baby brain. Yes! Mental health is the root of having good or bad health. The healthier your mental equilibrium, the healthier your life would be. Be positive, stay positive and live positive. Overthinking won’t take you anywhere, so stop thinking and start doing.

2) Eat For Living, Don’t Live For Eating: Offensive for food lovers? Haann! But if you want a balanced life, you should understand the phenomenon of a balanced diet. What you eat decides what kind of life you would have. Be picky in your eatables that serve you good “check-up results.”

3) Do Exercise Or Yoga: Here comes the best “excuse generator task”. Exercise is not for being in shape or having biceps/triceps. It’s as essential as you eat and sleep. Your heart needs it, your brain needs it and your bones, of course, need it. So, when your body is asking for some good exercise stunts, why not give it. Be determined and go for it. Similarly, for holistic health, there is nothing best than yoga. Yoga is the one solution for all your mental and physical problems.

4) Smile Till You Get Cheek Strain: Loud! Loud! And Very Loud! Smile is the one way to make your day better and laughter is to make your life better. Laugh as much as your cheeks start giving up. The best exercise if you are still being lazy is to opt for the 3rd so get in a laughing loop.

5) Have A Good Night Sleep: Yes! It is detoxification of your mind and body. You give relaxation to your body through it. Always have a good and sound sleep. Get a sleep that can rejuvenate your soul. Don’t wake up with a tired brain and body. Having the tightest of sleep will get you a perfect day.

6) Alcohol- Smoke- Naah!: So alcohol, smoke, caffeine, and nicotine all are the devils of your life. They won’t let you lead the lifestyle which has been mentioned above. Forget sleep, hunger, physical activity, and positive thoughts- for all one crasher is enough and that is such addictions. Stay away from being addicted to such monsters.

7) Be Socialite: When you go out, you explore the world and your brain reacts at a double pace. Being a socialite makes you a joyous soul. Make friends, laugh with them, share your thoughts and be witty. After all, we are humans and we are blessed to live with emotions. Live it!
